April Swim Practice update

10 and under practice:
All 6 and under will finish at 3:40,
some 8 and under will finish at 3:40 as well, we will let those families know at beginning of practice on Monday.

11-18 practice: 11 year old's will practice from 7:30-8:30,                                                           12-18's will practice 7:30-9, with the 1st 20-25 minutes dedicated to dry land exercises.    Please send your swimmer to practice with appropriate clothing for this part of the practice.
